24/7 web-based backoffice

Calllock is wireless connected to the backoffice.
Every parking and rental will be registered 24/7 in the backoffice.
This makes it possible for the administrator to request information about the frequency of use, parking time and availability of the bikes, at any time
The capacity of the backoffice can be adjusted very easily to the demand. It is possible to connect an existing customer- or card system to the Calllock back office through an interface. Moreover, Calllock is able to support at the same time multiple cards or customer systems each with their own environment. In this way there can be created a complete loyalty, payment and/ or subscriptions system.
One system, but still customizable
Calllock has several ready made software solutions for the PC, smartphone, tablet, SMS and App. This does not mean that the customer is committed to a fixed package, because of the possibility to customize it.
